Pupy's Ice Cream was founded with the goal of offering unique and authentic ice cream and spread, reminiscent of the extraordinary flavor of traditional recipes and with a keen eye to innovation. We use raw materials and fittings and fresh fruit.
The homemade ice cream, to be truly quality must be produced with "real milk", the cream, mascarpone, ricotta and butter.
We do not stop but only to the choice of the best milk, to make really special our ice cream, we carefully choose all the best ingredients, the best products and companies on the Italian territory.
For hazelnuts choose only the best, just Langhe hazelnuts certified IGP.
For only those pistachios from Bronte Dop, the best in the world.
And then the almonds of our territory, the best chocolate and cocoa.
Lemons, strictly untreated, come from our territory and are squeezed by us every day.
Seasonal fruit is bought daily from local producers in order to have a natural ripening on the plant and to ensure fruit that enhance the flavor of our ice cream.
To produce our tastes all handmade, processing of ice cream begins daily at 12.00 and ends in the late afternoon. This is only possible because for Alessandro, the young owner, producing ice cream is a passion and this love for his work you can grasp in the aroma and flavors of ice cream he created every day.
Alessandro create a new taste is not an exceptional event, but a necessity. Giving vent to his creativity in inventing new flavors has become a hallmark of our ice cream parlor, where every week are offered to customers in addition to the classic Italian gelato ice cream also tastes with unique and exclusive.
Our ice cream is a complete food and hearty because rich natural and genuine substances according to the canons of the Italian tradition and the quality and quantity do not skimp.
