Starting from historical sources, the Ricercato team studies and repeats ancient flavours and recipes from the Punic, Nuragic and Roman periods, often making them rediscover the link with the current cuisine. Archaeology is also the leitmotif of events, workshops, guided tours and themed tastings that usually take place at the Ricercato, involving adults and children, passionate or simply curious in cultural-gastronomic experiences.

At the Osteria you will always be welcome to live every moment of the day: an aperitif, a lunch break or a good coffee, to choose from 11 types of blends and mono origin processed by hand…so are the many goodies offered in the "bottega", where you can buy honey, jams, olive oil, sweets and wine, all produced in Sardinia.
