"ACSD Caralis Equestre" is an Amateur Sports Cultural Association, not for profit, whose objectives are to promote the spread of equestrian culture and in particular of Classical Riding and the High School from a historical-cultural, musical-artistic and sporting point of view. It promotes and divulges all the historical-cultural ties of horse riding that characterized the Italian culture and specifically the Sardinian culture during the Spanish domination. It promotes research and protection of the historical, artistic and cultural heritage of Sardinia and in particular of the city of Cagliari.
Inspired by the Italian equestrian tradition of 1500 AD, it is inspired by organization and discipline by the four large schools of Equestrian Art present in Europe, primarily the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art in Jerez de La Frontera, the Spanish School in Vienna , the National School of the Cadre Noir of Saumur and the School of Equestrian Art in Lisbon. Within the Caralis Equestre, a Training Department and a High Performance Center (Riding School) are set up, the latter structured as an \"Academy\" whose objective is the dissemination of Equestrian Art from an interdisciplinary profile. The Equestrian High Yield Center is the driving force behind the association's horse racing activity. It carries out its activity in the training and advanced training, competitive, representation and show sectors in the disciplines of the Classical Class (Dressage), the High School, the Domaine Vaquera and the Show Jumping at all levels. Inside there is a manager of the Agonistic Area, a manager of the Training Area, a manager of the Exhibition Area. Equipped with qualified teachers and riders and affiliated to the Italian Sports Center. In addition to providing a complete preparation as a riding school through a practical, but also theoretical approach with classroom lessons, it provides an athletic preparation service for the rider, in order to improve the performance of the horse-rider combination.
