Nordic Fitness School, created in December 2010, is the first Non-professional Sport Association whose aim is to teach Nordic Walking in the Southern Sardinia. Born from the need to have on the territory a school who teaches how to learn the correct technique 2p/b ANI of the Nordic Walking, for people wellness and fitness.
The Nordic Walking is an outdoor sport discipline, a soft training which develops strenght, fitness and endurance. The perfect work out in order to lose weight without strain the joints.
This discipline, during the exercise, involves directly the arms, increasing the shoulders and the chests muscles and reinforcing the cervical muscolature.
Nordic Walking reduces the weight on hip, knee and foot joints.
