Newly built, Martini Rooms is located directly on Piazza Palazzo, home of the Palazzo Regio, the Cathedral and the old Town Hall.
Three independent double rooms, distant from each other and each with private bathroom, are ideal for a family or a group of friends. At 20 meters from the entrance, the Piazzetta Mundula, from which you can enjoy a unique view of Cagliari and its gulf. Free parking in front of the structure. Full comfort.

The whole structure has a natural oak wood floor and each room is equipped with independent air conditioning.
The living area that you will find just opposite, as you enter, is equipped with a kitchenette, espresso machine (capsules available H24), kettle, juicer, toaster, microwave, small refrigerator under the table, TV, Bose sound system, coffee tables and leather chairs for breakfast and a comfortable bespoke bench with a soft and comfortable seat.
There is also a wine fridge-freezer (for a fee) where you can choose your bottle of white or red wine for an aperitif or after dinner, choosing between: Prosecco DOCG millesimato, Vermentino (typical white Sardinian), Carignano (typical red).

The outdoor area in front of the entrance to Martini Rooms (Piazza Palazzo) is used as a free public parking. (remember, however, that Castello is "ZTL" limited traffic zone from midnight to nine in the morning).
Leaving from Martini Rooms, you will find yourself in front of the Palazzo Regio, and next to it, on your left, you will discover the Piazzetta Mundula, with a fantastic and exclusive lookout point from which you can admire Cagliari from above.
