Palazzo Amat

In the nineteenth century, two  important events changed the history of this building: the Marquis Fancesco Amat purchased the palace, modernising and expanding it. The building has two facades: one gives onto Via Lamarmora and the other on Piazza Indipendenza. The facade on Via Lamarmora spread over two floors with a succession of wrought iron balconies. The main entrance leads to a large hall whose ceiling is decorated with the coat of arms of the Amat family.
