Son of the sculptor Giovanni Pulli, he attended the ceramic courses at the Art Institute of Sassari, getting a teaching license. In 1970 he participated in the International Fair of Sardinia in Cagliari and in the same year he opened a workshop in Selargius where he made sculptures, ceramics and sophisticated design objects.
